Services
A careful review of past events and a detailed timeline of the upcoming project allows us to plan and produce your event from venue feasibility and fundraising strategy through design and execution. View a list of all our services and our detailed approach here.
to Work
Work
Work begins with our creation of a detailed project timeline, from site search
through seamless on-site production, finishing with post-event analysis and our recommendations for future growth.
Along the way, the team writes copy and coordinates the creation
of printed materials including solicitation letters and forms,
event invitations and programs.
We develop and oversee the project budget including liaising
with event vendors and performers, and we manage and
oversee guest lists and seating plans.
Our additional expertise in designing auctions and on-site fundraising
brings engaging elements to the evening, raises new funds,
and expands your audience.
Our event professionals greet and guide guests with elegance,
coordinate staged elements with precision, and manage
technical aspects of the production with grace.
